Manager Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead marketing initiatives, develop effective campaigns, and contribute to overall business growth by engaging with our target audience across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Oversee content creation, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Experience in the design or creative industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and working knowledge of design software.
